Along with the two pub dogs (Floyd and Ada) Kate and John offer a warm, family friendly welcome to this traditional yet stunning village pub which is surrounded by many beautiful country walks. Offering a truly British experience serving cask ales, ciders and fine wines with a locally sourced, simple yet surprising modern menu.
A spacious car park, muddy boots and paws are never turned away – in fact, children and dogs are both very welcome, with a special menu for each. There are lovely log fires in the winter and pretty gardens to enjoy in the summer with plenty of seating inside and out. Nothing is too much trouble for this friendly team and you are guaranteed a warm home from home welcome.
